The 28 Lines logo was designed using Processing. The circles are made up of points drawn by displacing their X and Y coordinates using sine and cosine functions respectively. The lines are drawn as tangents outlining descending logarithmic and exponential curves.
28 Lines is my personal electronic music project. I have used it to explore audio techniques in a musical context, resulting in sound scapes and glitch oriented compositions.
The name 28 Lines is a tribute to my father, who passed away on February 28th, 2015. He was and is my inspiration, and taught me the essence of how to live. Time flies, and our lives may be blown away in an instant, just as lines in the sand. I carry him within me in everything I do, and the musical and visual sketches that I produce are my way to honor what he gave me.
